Hello world, v2!

Posted on March 16, 2022March 25, 2022 by admin

It is March, 2022. I have been focused for the past 10+ years on making SimsUshare, the #1 rapid sim-builder app and incident simulation platform, the market leader in the Fire/Safety space. However, as I now am handing the reins to a new generation (while remaining involved), I am eager to ‘return to my roots’ in musing about simulations, particularly for marketing and training. For several years, I wrote a blog off of the Equipment Simulations site with my reflections, which I want to pick up here and continue.

I am going to start by republishing some of those original posts here, then get on to the task of writing further posts/articles about ideas relating to today’s technology. Hang on the for the ride!

  • Like many others in the eLearning field, I watched Michael Allen, Julie Dirksen, Clark Quinn, and Will Thalheimer present the elearningmanifesto, which, if this were a serious post, I would strongly suggest absorbing and adopting. However, such is not the case (the part

  • So since I restarted this blog a couple of weeks ago, I have been periodically looking around for examples of simulations used for product advertising. By 'simulation', I mean more than point and click on a hotspot. Basically, I have come up blank, except for the feeling that I might find
